Highlighting the season is the annual international new music festival, CAMPGround26, March 5-7. This three-day festival is a hub of new music and collaboration, showcasing 20 to 25 compositions, including world premieres, featuring a collaboration with the Iranian Female Composers Association with commissioned IFCA composers Mojan Alaiyeh, Negar Soleymanifar, and Parastoo Shafiei.

This collaborative opera, with a libretto by Sholeh Wolpé (Los Angeles) and music by Mercedeh Gholami (Denmark), Niloufar Nourbakhsh (Boston), Bahar Royaee (NYC), Homa Samiei (Toronto), Aida Shirazi (Austin), and Niloufar Shiri (Minneapolis), will undergo a public workshop and performance phase with U.S.-based performers and production partners
In collaboration with the Iranian American Women Foundation, this salon will feature excerpts from Nava-Avaz to raise funds in support of the Spring workshop in New York City
